2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
4 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 cup chili powder
1 cup roasted green chilis
1 ham hock
2 pounds ground burger
I brown the burger then add it all to the pot with all the other and fill pot to the fill line with water. Set it on 1 hour on high setting. I use the XL power pressure cooker for this recipe.

You might have to half recipe for a smaller pot.
