– adapted from a microwave recipe for 1 muffin

4 eggs
4 tbsp water
4 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
1 1/3 cups almond flour
1/4 cup golden flax meal
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
mix all wet ingredients, stir in dry ingredients till well blended.
spoon evenly into a four well muffin top pan that’s been greased . . .
bake at 350 for 17 – 19 minutes

when ready to eat, split and toast . . .

experimenting tonight with making these all almond flour and skipping the flax . . .

Most diets cause you to use “will power” to eat less, but this doesn’t work for long for most people. The LCHF (low carb/high fat) diet turns off the “out of control hunger urges” that you’ve struggled with all your life and gives you control, gives you freedom without using “will power”.
