Fantastic Video about the Nutrition So Called Herbivore Animals Really Live On.

And what that tells us about man’s diet.

The title of the video is Homo Carnivorus, and the word “carnivorus” was deliberately misspelled by Barry Groves.

Food Eaten is not the same as Nutrition We Live on

This is a long video, but it is packed with fascinating facts to help you understand why High Fat Nutrition is the normal way mammals live, regardless of what they eat.

Barry Groves begins by describing the diet of several different types of animals and how their different digestive systems allows them to eat differently, but still have a similar nutrition profile.

He explains that the cow, the sheep, the lion and even primitive man all lived off a very similar nutritional fat/protein/carb ratio, regardless of their diet.

He goes on to explain the findings of great explorers who studied traditional peoples diets all over the world.

He explains the cave paintings of early man found all over the world and what they tell us about our distant ancestors.

He moves on to the findings of anthropology and archeology, including what does ancient feces tell us and what does ancient weapons tell us about the diet we should be eating.

He quotes from ancient books and poems, and ends describing the real Mediterranean Diet, not the one we’ve been sold, but the one people really eat.

Most diets cause you to use “will power” to eat less, but this doesn’t work for long for most people.     great videos I have enjoyed them staring tomorrow iam 5’3″ and 170 lbs I have done LCHF before but not successful because of too many LC treats I a cutting all that processed stuff out this time I will comment each week
