Gorgeous Sausage Breakfast

A recipe from my wife, which she often makes. It’s gorgeous.
Breakfast sausages x 6 (Cumberand type are the best).
An onion, some mushrooms, sour cream, mustard.
Cut in two fry until they look reasonably cooked.
Fry an onion and some mushrooms,
add sausages back in,
add in sour cream and granular and smooth mustard.
Fry some more.
Eat and die happy. Feeds two.
Most diets cause you to use “will power” to eat less, but this doesn’t work for long for most people. The LCHF (low carb/high fat) diet turns off the “out of control hunger urges” that you’ve struggled with all your life and gives you control, gives you freedom without using “will power”. This will enable to do what is called “intermittent fasting”.
