One Million Video Views

Hello everyone, It’s Butter Bob and I’ve got a exciting announcement to make today.

The Butter Bob Youtube channel has achieved 1 million views. 1 million and I’m telling you, I’m really excited about it

I tell you what I’ve even more excited about is the fact that we’ve got over 9 million minutes of watch time. Nine million, which I figured, a did little calculation, if a person sat down and watched nine million minutes of my videos it would take them 17 years to watch Butter Bob’s videos for a nine million minutes

I mean this blows your mind, actually. I started this channel with just “Butter Makes Your Pants Fall Off”

I basically made it for people who may be in my family and friends to tell how I lost weight, really never thought anybody would ever watch it. But it took off and I basically have done almost everything wrong that people tell you to do when they tell you to make good videos it’s going to be really popular and in some ways they’re right because some of the other videos like cats and dogs videos and all kinds of videos like that they they do get a lot of views.

But, I think we’ve made some videos that are just going to stand the test of time and they’re going really going to help somebody. And that’s why I did this. I did this to help somebody.

I did this to give somebody a chance to look at but non-politically correct, the non-organically correct way, that anybody regardless of their income, regardless of their education level could just start out and really make a big difference.

They could go to Walmart.
They can go to their local discount store, the Dollar Store, wherever.
And, they could buy the foods they needed to get really better, I mean really better.
And that’s what we’ve we’ve, I’ve tried to do and I want to show you some of my statistics, that’s a hard word to say statistics, but I want to tell you some of them. I’ve got some of wrote on this paper so I’m going to read some of them off to you.

We got over 5,600 comments on this channel and they’re overwhelmingly positive, I mean, I get some negative comments every now and then, I let them go, believe me. But, I would say ninety to ninety-five percent of the comments I get on this channel or absolutely positive.

I’m getting about 18,500 subscribers so far.

We have a, the videos have over 29,000 likes and only 352 dislikes.

I mean, to me that’s an amazing number. I’m really thrilled with that number too.

And uh this is just with about 31 videos so I’m really excited about that too.

For those of you that are new to my Youtube channel, I also have a Facebook page and it has about twenty six thousand likes and I’ve had some posts on there that got up to 50,000 to 60,000 views.

We regularly regularly, there’s another hard word to say. We regularly get about 20,000 views on each post that we do on that channel and I’ve met some great friends on there. I’ve gotten to know people when they first started and seen their progress and to me this is really exciting that’s the best part of it and I think that’s why the channel has grown so much is because a there’s been a relationship between me and other people down through the last two years.

You know, writing back and forth. Them sharing my work, me, you know, keeping up with their progress. And also got a webpage, that’s called, and I started that page, shortly after my first video came out, maybe a month. And it’s doing really well too – there’s over 90 articles on that page, And a it’s gotten about 750,000 hits since it was first put up on the web.

A lot of my videos have a written version on my website and with links to the graphics that I use in my web, in my videos, to the studies I use, so you know, you, you hear me say something in one of my videos and you’re wondering hmm, I don’t know if he’s telling the truth on that. Go to my website, you can go right to the scientific article I’m talking about. You can look at the graphics I’m talking about. You know my lab reports are there.

You can see what, people ask me what’s your cholesterol?
Well it’s there, the actual lab report.

People say can you get better can you reduce your insulin, it’s there on my website, where I took a test and I saw my insulin go down a real blood test see guys I’ve tried to make this simple and I’ve tried to be, but use scientific knowledge, scientific tests, real peer-reviewed scientific studies.

This is important for credibility because I’m just a guy.
I’m just some guy that lost weight and has done some study. And I wanted people to to know that this is a really backed up by a whole lot of science.

Anyway, I want to thank you guys so much and I have one goal, one goal now.
And it’s a goal that my grandson gave me.

You know, my grandson, he goes on these game videos, you know for like Minecraft and stuff like that. And some of the people he watches on there, they have millions, upon multiplied millions of views and I’m not trying to compete with them. But he said Pa, you know what, if you get a 100,000 subscribers, you get one of these little plaques, a silver plaque

He said your videos need that silver plaque (actually called a “Youtube Silver Play Button” and you know what, I want it.


Here’s a picture of someone else’s Silver Play Button. But I really believe, if you want something, you need to picture it. So here’s my dream.

I want it because he wants it for me, he said you know I’m just learning how to play games but you’re teaching people how to get better.

And, you know what, I want that, I want it. So, if you want to do something for me subscribe to this channel. Help me get that silver plaque for my little grandson and for me, I mean, I’m gonna be honest with you, I want it too.

I just started keto and intermittent fasting. only been a few days but feel better already, aside from the headache in the morning but they pass quickly. I took you’re advice and had a coffee. My thyroid is under active so I need to reset my hormones big style. I’d come to the conclusion this was how to do it and your videos have confirmed I’m on the right track. Thank you bob.     Your videos and straightforward presentation inspired me to follow this LCHF (KETO) way of living. I was reluctant to try this (because of other complicated food guidelines) until you explained how to make this simple and affordable on my limited budget. I have lost 50lbs in 3.5 months and 8 inches in my waist. I have been naturally intermittent fasting (16:8) for 2 months. I just completed my first successful 36 hr fast.

    I have another 100lbs to go and would love to hear more from your wisdom and insight.I plan to 24hr fast every other day and for 48 hours on the weekends.

    My beloved wife (Rose Anne) of 25 years, passed away suddenly from complications of type 2 Diabetes. She followed the doctors orders to the grave.
